Atmarpit Hardikaben

Atmarpit Hardikaben is an Experienced Registered Yoga Teacher (ERYT) with Yoga Alliance. She completed her Yoga Teachers’ Training course in classical ashtanga at Ayush Yogadarshanam in Mysuru, her Advanced Yoga Teachers’ Training course at World Peace Yoga School in Rishikesh and continues to learn and practice under the guidance of a life-long disciple of Shri B.K.S. Iyengar.

Hardikaben takes yoga sessions at Dharampur Ashram and leads workshops in Mumbai. She has also completed the Brain Gym 101 certification course.
