Thai Dim Sum Print Ingredients(Serves 4): 10 dim sum sheets 1 cup tofu, diced 1 cup zucchini, diced 1 cup yellow and green bell peppers, diced ½ cup fresh cilantro, chopped 3 tbsp soy sauce 2 tbsp vegetable stock 2 tbsp lime juice 2 tbsp oil 1 tbsp green chilli paste 2 tsp black pepper powder 2 tsp white pepper powder Salt to taste Method In a pan add oil, green chilli paste, zucchini, bell peppers and cilantro and saute for 2 minutes. Add salt, black and white pepper powder and lime juice. Mix well. Add tofu and cook for 1 minute. Add soy sauce and vegetable stock. Mix well. Allow it to cool. Fill this in dim sum sheets. Bring its edges together to form a disc shaped structure. Steam in a pre-steamed steamer or deep bottomed vessel for 10 minutes until cooked. Serve this with chilli chutney.
