Global Youth Festival 2024

The Global Youth Festival fostered connections and inspired transformative change, leaving an indelible mark on many young hearts. Bringing together over 3,000 participants from over 230 cities, 15 Indian states and 16 nations, held between December 21 and 23, it became a melting pot of cultures and ideas.

The early morning sessions were designed to invigorate both body and mind through innovative sessions including Motion Lab: The Pilates Edition, Fuel the Hustle: Barfi Power House and Rhythm and Zen Yoga.

The mornings also came alive with an electrifying buzz as the ‘Game of Life’ unfolded across three action-packed days. Participants embraced dynamic adventures, conquering challenges like the Skywalk, Rope Rider, Army Crawl, Leap of Faith, Mud Pit, Frozone, Beanstalk and many more; fostering courage and camaraderie.

Meanwhile, activities such as Seeing Beyond Sight, Mission Africa Corner, Toymaker’s Lab, the Cushion Corner, assembling solar lamps etc. under the Impact Projects initiative enabled attendees to bring light and hope to underserved communities. Pujya Gurudevshri graced the Game of Life and Impact Projects initiative with His empowering and encouraging presence.

The Village Experience in the mornings provided a glimpse into rural living. From stepping into the shoes of a farmer to revitalising shared spaces, participants gained a connection to grassroots simplicity and resilience.

The afternoons reverberated with energy and purpose as the participants went through a series of interactive workshops and thought-provoking sessions conducted by Atmarpits – renunciates of the Mission, and others who have been achievers in their respective fields. Concepts like The League of Leaders, The Human Library, and Moral Kombat – the Game Show enabled participants to build inner strength, learn from experts and navigate moral dilemmas.

The afternoons also featured sports like pickleball, football, cricket, swimming among others where participants competed for their respective Houses.

A wave of exhilaration swept through the crowd as Pujya Gurudevshri entered the Raj Sabhagruh on evening of day one and flagged off the Global Youth Festival 2024. Over three transformative evenings, the Master illuminated the youth’s minds through three wisdom-packed discourses based on Shrimad Rajchandra Vachanamrut Patrank – 925. These sessions delved into the concept of the ‘Habit Camp’ where the Master unveiled six pivotal ways to transform and nurture habits. Each insight was delivered with great depth, inspiring a journey of inner refinement and self-realisation.

The second evening soared to a crescendo as the stage came alive with the performance of Pineapple Express, the celebrated fusion band. The crowd danced and swayed, as the night turned into an unforgettable celebration of music, joy, and unbridled togetherness.

On the third evening, emotions overflowed during the heart-touching dance-drama, “Ek Safar, Ek Saarthi”; performed by the youth as a tribute of their love and devotion for Pujya Gurudevshri. The three-day sports tournaments culminated in the victorious House being awarded the House Cup by the revered hands of Pujya Gurudevshri. The Core Committee of the Global Youth Festival, the executive force behind this extraordinary festival, was honoured for their tireless dedication and exceptional contributions.

Over the course of three remarkable days, countless memories were created, bonds were strengthened, and lives were profoundly touched. For the youth, this experience was not just an event but a defining chapter of self-discovery, growth, and sublime joy.
