Lemon and Mint Mojito

Counter the scorching summer heat, stay hydrated and refuel your body’s energy levels with these easy to make refreshing energy drinks.

Ingredients

  • 2 lemons
  • 1 cup fresh mint leaves pudina
  • 5-6 tablespoons sugar
  • 200 ml lemonade
  • crushed ice

Instructions

  1. Cut lemon into wedges, discard the pips.
  2. Make small pieces of mint leaves.
  3. Put the lemon pieces, mint leaves and sugar in a bowl and muddle it with pestle, till sugar melts in lemon juice.
  4. Place crushed ice in a glass. Put the muddle ingredients over the ice.
  5. Pour the lemonade over it and serve it chilled.
